Guide Line for Parents
  • Use the school diary as mean of communication with the Class Teacher/Principal and regularly check the school diary for homework and the teacher’s remarks, if any.
  • Sign the test copies/papers, when they are sent home.
  • See that your ward has all the text books, items of stationery, craft materials etc. right in the beginning of the session.
  • Ensure that all the books and notebooks are covered with the brown paper.
  • Ensure that your ward comes to the school in the proper uniform with polished shoes, trimmed hair and clean nails.
  • Send the children regularly and punctually to school. No absence will be permitted without a leave application and latecomers will not be allowed to sit in the class.
  • Pay the fees as per schedule.
  • Both the parents must attend the Parents-Teacher meet.
  • Intimate the school in case of change in address, telephone number.
 
Guide Line for Students
  • All the students must possess the school diary, text books, stationery etc.
  • Students are advised not to bring valuable articles. The school will not be responsible for any such loss.
  • School bus users must strictly observe the rules of the school transport.
  • Application for leave must be submitted a day in advance. It should be countersigned by the parent/guardian.
  • Student must come to the school in proper uniform. Uniform must be clean, neat and tidy.
  • Students should obey House Captains and other students on duty.
  • Students are not allowed to leave the school during working hours unless the parent/guardian (whose signatures are on the admission form and the school diary) comes in person.
  • School Identity Cards must be with the students on all working days.
  • No latecomer will be allowed to enter into the school campus.
  • Students should be regular in attendance.
  • Any damage caused to the school property by the student will have to be borne by the student’s parents/guardians.
  • The school reserves the right to take stern action against the students who are found guilty of any misconduct This may amount to even stiriking their names off the rolls
  • No student should carry a mobile phone.
